Return Policy

RETURN POLICY

Our return policy settles for 14 days. If it's been 14 days since your purchase was delivered, we're sorry, but we can't offer you a refund or exchange. In order to complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. To ensure the refund is valid, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. It must also be in its original packaging. Please note that we do not accept returns/exchanges for items purchased on sale, at a discounted price or with a coupon.

 

Cancellation / Change of Order

If you wish to cancel or change your order, you have 12 hours to do so. You must contact us immediately by email at support@anndavisjewelry.com or through the contact page if you wish to cancel your order. After 12 hours, we cannot cancel your order as it has already been processed or shipped.

Refunds for canceled orders will take 1-5 business days, depending on your payment method. PayPal refunds are typically instant, while credit/debit card refunds can take a little longer. We are not responsible for errors in the shipping address provided by the customer.

Returns & Damaged Items

To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must first email us at support@anndavisjewelry.com within 14 days of receiving the product, including photos of the damaged items. After receiving the damaged item, we will send you a replacement product if available. If a replacement product is not available, we will refund the full purchase price of the item.

 

Please contact support@anndavisjewelry.com so we can provide you with our return address. After inspecting the item, we will process your refund within 1-5 business days. You can also choose store credit if you prefer.

 

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not yet received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account again.

  2. Contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

  3. Contact your bank, as there is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you have done all of these and still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@anndavisjewelry.com.

Lost or Stolen Packages

anndavisjewelry.com is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that have been confirmed as delivered to the address provided. Upon investigation, we will provide the delivery date, tracking information, and shipping carrier details for the customer to investigate further.

Exchanges

We only exchange products if they are received damaged or defective.

Shipping Fees for Returns

  • Customer Responsibility: If the return is caused by the consumer (e.g., change of mind), the consumer is responsible for the shipping fees. The cost will depend on the express delivery company selected.

  • Our Responsibility: If, due to our error, the products received are damaged or incorrect, the consumer is not required to pay shipping fees for the return.
